The FCC maintains an constantly-updated online database of FCC-authorized Commercial Operator License Examination Managers.
No COLEM is better than any other in terms of the tests that they administer. Those test are closely regulated by the FCC.
Where you WILL see differences between COLEMs are (1) in the COST of the test, and (2) each COLEM’s testing location(s).
