What FCC Written Element 1 covers:
1. Basic Radio Law; and
2. Operating Practice.
This FCC Element 1 test consists of 24 multiple-choice questions pulled from the question pool (see below). To pass FCC Element 1, you need only correctly answer 18 of the 24 multiple choice questions (75%).
